As you would expect from McDonald's, food and service very good. And for 10 am, not exceptionally busy and a nice atmosphere not too loud. Rugeley McDonald's very good.

It's been a while since we had a macdonalds meal, Just fancied one tonight, service was quick and seemed professional the whole place was very busy, I ordered & collected at Rugeley Macdonalds, Raced home so it would still be hot, But it was all stone cold and compared to previous it was no where near the standard or size it used to be, Very Poor, And the cost has sky rocketed too, I doubt we will bother to go again as it really was disappointing, So sad as we have always enjoyed our meals previosly

Being an ex employee of the company, when someone ordered a wrap one it doesn?t have shredded lettuce on and a mc crispy cut into two ordered at 11:52 but of a joke tbh wasn?t even hot ?

I recently visited the McDonald?s in Rugeley, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the shift managers. I felt ignored and disrespected during my interaction.
As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but that wasn?t the case here. The shift manager not only disregarded me but also made me feel unwelcome, which is unacceptable.
I hope McDonald?s addresses this issue and provides training to ensure all staff members treat customers fairly and respectfully. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I hope the company takes it seriously to prevent it from happening again.
