3. I got a flat tyre after leaving the garage, that then could not be removed to be replaced!
4. Got help elsewhere with the wheel nut & tyre! A local Rugeley Tyre service, amazing! & fixed the puncture that ?could not be fixed? in under 5 minutes! (I have the time stamped photographs on my phone as proof!) -
KWICK-FIT - NOT! ?said on my previous visit & my visit today that the puncture could not be fixed! & It could be fixed & it was fixed!
KWICK- FIT NOT! said: needed to order the tyre, as out of stock! KWICK-FIT - if you had done an interim tyre repair until the tyre was in stock, this would mean that I wasn?t stranded - with a flat tyre and no wheel nut to remove it!
I still now have no locking wheel nut & 3

Amazing staff, very helpful. Everything i go in for mot or a repair the staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble, they show me the issues and give me detailed costings so I can choose. Being ill has made if harder to trust a garage not to waste my money but these guys go above and beyond to stretch my money to get my car on the road so I can continue my treatment and recovery.

We've used Kwik Fit many times and in recent years, the service was a bit a bit of a disaster due to poor management. However, a new manager - Ant - is in charge and his customer service is exceptional. Went above and beyond to match a price for my tyres and offer great service.
If you've had a bad experience there, I'd recommend you go back and give them a go because they are trying to build up customer trust again.

Got my tire fixed the same day and within the space of 30 minutes or so. Wasn?t expecting availability as it was late afternoon on a Sunday but managed to get me in and sorted.

Kwik Fit replaced a damaged tyre for me as an emergency some weeks ago.
First problem was the OEM chrome valve shield they refitted meant the an airline couldn't connect to the valve so impossible to check or inflate the tyre.
On return to kwikfit their solution was to damage & remove the OEM shield as it 'doesnt fit kwikfit valves'?
Later discovered that the wheel studs had been overtorqued and put on so tight with a 'rattle gun' that the locking wheel key sheared trying to remove it with the normal wheel brace. Now faced with sourcing a new wheel key and/or getting an engineering shop to remove it!
I wouldn't let kwikfit loose again on a wheelbarrow wheel never mind my car wheels.!?

I had to have 2 new tyres on my car I also informed them I needed a puncture repair on the rear wheel and thinking this had been done I left it was only a few days later I noticed the puncture repair had not been done

New tyres were filthy and looked old, covered in brown residue, looked worse than the ones that came off. fitting paste smeared all over wheels and tyres. The youth working on my car seemed disinterested and argumentative with his supervisor. They were arguing when we collected. Made me worry work had not been done well. usually first class service here.

Spoken to Tyler the manger there helped me with a blow out with my tyre he was very helpful and managed to sort it out for me so thankyou Tyler you helped me so much! but i do have to say that it could do with some more staff as everyone looked rushed of there feet

Although there was only 2 technician's working and customers kept coming in to reception for one thing and another, my tech kept me informed and did his best to complete the job in the time he stated. Very efficient.

Great job, had my four corners rebooted on my A5, friendly staff and very welcoming.
