I purchased a watch during their Black Friday sale. After 3 weeks of waiting I was told they had still not received my watch in their latest shipment from the manufacturer and was issued a refund.My problem is that I never requested a refund.I specifically wanted the watch I had purchased. I informed them I was happy to wait while until they received a new order so that I could still get the watch I ordered, and have heard nothing from them. I was eventually offered the explanation that they were never sent the product from the parent company. Though the watch is still manufactured and sold by the parent company, so it?s not as if it?s sold out and no longer in production.Very disappointed with my experience as the company made no additional effort to attempt to coordinate with me on how to get the product and instead cancelled the order.

I bought an Elliot brown bloxworth of the hs Johnson website at 8 Friday it was there by 9 Saturday the watch was way under market value I cannot say how amazed I am by the customer service and delivery of product

Hello all.Following up from my review regarding the pictures attached of the Watch in question.Ends up this Watch was faulty after 1 day / on the day of receiving it and washing my hands under tap water this Watch developed a leak.The Brand offered an exchange like for like.Me - NO WAY!I did spot another watch of the same value, when all said and done H S Johnson said they can not do this as the purchase was made with Klarna pay in 3 but I fully paid early.Another 5 days and I?ll have my refund.Thank you Bauhaus for acknowledging the Watch did have a problem and thank you Bauhaus for offering me my hard earned money back!

I have recently begun to receive unsolicited marketing emails from this company. I have searched my email inbox, and see that I had the same issue back in 2016 which I contacted them about and was told I was removed from their email newsletter. Not sure why in 2022 I have suddenly been readded, however it would suggest they still store my data which I am not happy about. Poor practice.**In response to your reply, I have added some screengrabs of the marketing spam you've been sending the past month**"Under the current GDPR rules, you are only allowed to keep this information for as long as it will take to be processed. In other words, you are obligated to delete information that is no longer needed.Not only does this affect data obtained in surveys and customer feedback portals, but it is just as relevant to email storage. It is therefore wise to review any existing email caches in order to determine which addresses need to be deleted from the system. This can be done manually, or completed through the use of third-party automated software solutions.The main takeaway is that you must make certain that your company is in full compliance, regardless of its size or the number of customers you deal with on a regular basis."

Found the watch I wanted on-line with a few retailers. However I wanted to buy from a ?bricks and mortar? actual high street shop rather than some random warehouse somewhere. H.S. Johnson sold the watch at a highly competitive price and shipped it out quickly and securely the very next day. Received it safely, well packaged and secure in transit. Would definitely recommend this store.

Searched most local shop and Timex themselves...OUT OF STOCK...?fell across H.S.Johnson on the internet and saw exactly what I was looking for and it was in stock at a good price ? 1 happy daughter with 1 new Stranger Things Timex watch. Really fast delivery and tracked. Keep up the good service.

I was given a beautiful Rotary watch from H.S. Johnson but the metal strap was slightly too short - I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about it. Customer Services responded within a day saying they could get extra links - 2 would be free - how many did I need? I replied 3 would be good, how much might I owe them for the third link. The three links were in the post the next day for no charge! I now have a lovely watch that fits perfectly! I highly recommend this store!

I received my roamer today from H.S. Johnson. I was skeptical at first to order internationally as I have have had bad experiences in the past. H.S. Johnson truly delivered (metaphorically and literally) as they packed my order the next day and got it sent straight away. I would recommend this shop for anyone wanting to buy internationally.
