Really disappointing visit tonight. I come here regularly with no issues, but the new staff member on 22/06/25 had no clue how the meal deal worked, couldn?t scan the drink, and just shrugged at us.
He didn?t even try to scan my Nectar card and nearly overcharged me for petrol. No manners, no effort, just a bad attitude.
I usually come every Sunday for lunch, but after this, I won?t be returning.

A spacious petrol Station with 8 pumps and two route onto the forecourt.
Auto wash is thorough and convenient.
Large impost locker set up
Is available to the side of the main building and I have never had as issue picking up or dropping off.
The shop is well stocked including a Costa machine. Prices are as you would expect them from a petrol station but not extortionate.
Staff have always been very friendly and attentive.

Hoover machine wasn't working and I put two £1 coins in as i needed a goid 2mins and the man refused to give me more the £1 back, I argued this as you could see from the window I was on 1min 40secs and he still refused. I asked for a manager was told no after me refusing to move on principle at this point he called his manager who agreed to give me my money back, he took it out the till and threw it at me, absolutely disgusting his attitude was unacceptable never go there again

I was there yesterday. I had problem to refuel the car. I went to the guy who worked there asked about help. He was very rude and said is something wrong with my car. My car was alright just I didn't put the refueling gun correctly. Very disappointing service.
