Ordered a nutcracker hot chocolate today, usually not one to leave reviews, but the lad making drinks was wiping his nose with his hand, picking up glasses from the rim and putting lids on takeaway cups with the same hand.
Didn?t get my Christmas drink as advertised as well as the customers in front of me.
The other lady making drinks reused/reheated some milk from the previous hot chocolate done moments ago. I?ll be back, just expected better.

Visited the store this morning with my son for hot chocolates, I was told once I had ordered they couldn't take card as the machine wasn't working, luckily I had some cash on me, other customers weren't so lucky, we went to sit down and I noticed the furniture was filthy. The profit margins they have they can certainly afford to have them deep cleaned. Its a shame

The lady on the coffee machine is a wiserd. Never seen anyone turn out perfect coffee as fast excellent service, no waiting bang on.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent access, plenty of room to manoeuvre.
