One of the better ones good atmosphere staff always friendly and service is reasonably fast , obviously costa is pricey like other big brands

Ordered a nutcracker hot chocolate today, usually not one to leave reviews, but the lad making drinks was wiping his nose with his hand, picking up glasses from the rim and putting lids on takeaway cups with the same hand.
