“I have been waiting for two month for a replacement debit card. Five were sent out and they did not arrive in the 3 to 5 days slot given me. Two were used for fraud and never received the other arrived outside of the time limit. What is wrong with nationwide Card Issuing service? I decided to ask for the card to be sent to Rugeley branch for me to collect. I called this morning Friday 12/6/24 but the card had not arrived. Ellie the lass that I spoke to was very helpful and left a note on the system to alert people to the cards possible arrival. The last two months have been a pain, it cannot be all down to Royal Mail. Ellie offered to call the Headquarters for me if the card does not arrive by early next week. What a refreshing difference to have the offer of such help.Thank you Ellie! Five Stars.”
