This branch is the worst store ever. All the staff need the sack and the building turned into housing. They can never get any stock. I'm met with the same story of we can't get your prescription or you will have to wait 2 weeks to get something and then it may never even materialise. Today I visited to pick my sons basic prescription up. They had had it 3 days and they hadn't even been bothered to order anything. When I asked why they told me to go elsewhere. When I wanted to make a complaint to the manager I was met with "Whatever, am I bothered". I have now told my doctors to send all prescriptions to Northwood Pharmacy in Fradley now they were so helpful and lovely.

Absolutely awful pharmacist, condescending, judgemental and not believing that I could have faulty items -which I have paid for on prescription. Spoke to me like a child in front of people in the shop and came out feeling totally humiliated! I shall be switching back to online pharmacy! I cannot believe how I have been made to feel, I am also a medical professional and to be treated in this way as if I?m hooked on a medication I?ve only had 4 times this year is totally unacceptable!

The worst chemist I have ever been to..4 years they have never had my mom's prescription right. 4 stressful years,every monthAlways late with themThey have me running back and forth blaming the drs for there terrible serviceOne month 2 days late..then 4 days lateThen they argue with me that she must have medication left,I'm a full time carer to 2 people and going back and forth has literally made me ill with stress and anxiety, iv finally moved to the pharmacy in morrisons rugeley, fantastic service from start to finish wish I'd done it years ago,even had it 3 days early the manager at boots needs to leave as she obviously can't do the job she was hired for,you are all a disgrace instead of discussing what you had for breakfast, watched on TV amongst other ,personal chatI suggest you do the job your paid for correctly and stop leaving your customers waiting while you finish your private conversations..grow some and admit your mistakes instead of blaming others even when you were caught out..you still blantly lied..leaving an 82 year old with cancer without medication is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting
