Visited the other day, customer service was unwelcoming. I was appalled by the level of judgement as soon as i walked through the door. The lack of assistance was unbelievable shocking, along with the workers lack of consideration of any customers presence. I will no longer visit this argos, based on how I was made to feel.

Worse customer service ever!
The manager said their policies OVERWRITE the LAW so they won?t change the product what I take back! The most unprofessional most disgusting, most undereducated behaviour what I ever experienced! Buy from amazon or ebay they have correct refund policies but the argos is a rubbish especially with this team .
Would not be easier to be fair?
No adult behaviour! Lying to the customer ! Broke the basic law! Hurt the customer rights ! Being extremely rude and leave the spot with crying for police what is if they are correct they would laughing on your ridiculous idea that your pity store rules are high over the British law.
And the funny part - I have proof as you say this! I hope if a bored solicitor with bad experience read this - can give details for a nice chatting.

Stillwaiting.for my dog toys.said to collect on Saturday. Then had a text saying there has been a delay. They shut at 7.and still haven't had a reply. If l don't get my order today. I'm not going to be happy. Plus I have paid for them.

Had to buy some crutches, hobbled in to collect them and the staff could not have been more helpful, even set them up for me and gave me instructions on how best to use them. Always friendly and helpful here, when I bought a bookcase they took it to the car for me. You really don't get customer service like that anymore, well done.

I live in Walsall Wood and Rugeley was the only store with the item I wanted in stock. I have to say this store is brilliant. Very friendly female member of staff and very good service. I would travel a bit further the use this Argos again.

Ordered certain items specifically because they all said "Collect Today", as I am away tomorrow, but the confirmation email tells me I can't collect until 9am tomorrow. I called Customer Services and they said the store has none of the items and that a refund will take 5 days.

This Rugeley store is the best because it?s staff are the best, been going here for a long time and without doubt the staff are polite, helpful and make me glad I went to this store, WELL DONE AND THANKS
