The problem with this place is that since the creation of the main Sainsburys near chapel ash. They seem to have less items. When I ask have you got so and so item in stock? They keep saying no we haven?t.. try the main Sainsburys near chapel ash. The thing is as part of giving good customer service you need to minimise inconvenience. So if a person who lives locally to the Perton Sainsburys has to always go to the main Sainsburys to do their shopping. How does that create convenience or good customer service?
Seriously this place has gone downhill and wasn?t the fantastic supermarket that it use to be ??

Local to me and in the past it has been used regularly. I now find it is becoming more and more expensive and quality can be quite poor in the fresh produce sections.. needs improving. The Perton store is freezing cold.
