Sainsbury?s have installed new pay at the pumps devices which you have to select pay at the Kiosk or pay at the pump which is on a very small screen with white writing against a very pale blue background which is very difficult to see. Additionally, the new machine doesn?t take contactless cards or Apple Pay so most of us who use this technology will have to go into the kiosk and pay what a waste of time whoever decides to install the pump machines without contactless technology is an idiot

Old out of date pumps and very expensive fuel compared to Raglan Street or Asda. Not quite sure why.

Very busy station but despite the pressure of that, the staff are great. Very friendly and chatty. The station shop is clean and well stocked. Theres a car wash, vacuum cleaner and air for your tyres on top of the usual forecourt petrol. All close to the main store.

Went at 4pm today and found it closed, signs saying shut as it was out of fuel, waste of my time and petrol to get there as stated open on website, update site with correct information...simple!!!

I literally cannot believe that in today's day and age of Covid you have to go and ask for a glove before pumping.Things must be really tough for Sainsbury's if you're worried about gloves being pinched (FYI I've not seen a single person wearing any other than at a Petrol station).It's not practical on a busy day to be standing around waiting for a glove.You play messages in your stores requesting people to stay 2m apart and wear masks, but won't provide PPE at Petrol stations?

Lovely staff. Tyre inflators and car was often broken. Fuel prices a lot higher than Wolverhampton...why. No 24hr self serving fuel. Say they are convenient store with higher prices but open shorter hours. Disgusted with prices. Think they can monopolise a place where people have cars and Aldi and Lidl nearby. Lovely friendly staff always helpful but young managers stood giving orders out and not helpful. Just because they have degrees doesn't mean they have manners. Nothing like age to show them the way. Use it as a last resort after work. Typical fresh young blood that don't know about getting hands dirty telling older generation that has built your shop up what to do. Totally disgusted in you attitude towards your workers. Have worked in food for 16yrs and you put profit before people.Martin. please contact me for a merting
