Steph was super friendly and knew what she was doing with her long experience doing lashes. Normally my lashes with other techs fall out after 1 week but this time they are still going strong and I?ve been sweating and in tropical rain in Singapore and Malaysia so they have been tested. I will definitely go again x

Steph?s lashes look stunning and high quality on her Instagram page and google reviews? and I have no doubt that they are just that!However, terms and conditions should be made much clearer in a professional business (Especially those concerning finance).I booked an appointment and paid a deposit. Due to a combination of my unpredictable work schedule and travel arrangements, I was unable to attend my appointment and gave Steph a friendly and clear 4 hours notice. I even kindly suggested that she kept my deposit, so I could reschedule my appointment the following week. She bluntly declined, kept my money and said I would need to pay another deposit if I wanted to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and unfair, considering these terms are not stated anywhere on her business pages. If I?d of known these rules, I would have not put the deposit down.
