I used to use this cafe several years ago, I went in today and had a all day breakfast, without exaggerating it was without doubt the worst breakfast I have ever experienced, it was terrible just slop on my plate, no wonder it was empty.
I will never use this place again.

Nice local cafe, super friendly staff, decent breakfast, good sized mugs of tea. The only downside is that they don?t take cards! Cash only.

9am on Sunday morning we had a brilliant cooked breakfast for two, with toast and coffee for £17 - the owner even gave us a sausage for our dog! Top class nosh, just the job! And there was parking right outside big enough for our campervan. Take cash (there's a machine in the Coop 2 min away).

What a fabulous place this is. Doing good honest English food at very reasonable prices. Great tea and coffee too. The guy serving us was extremely efficient and very friendly. The decor is top notch and the atmosphere was just perfect after our long car journey. A very memorable experience.

So we stopped at this little cafe while taking a break from a event we was at. We was all very impressed by the cost of the food and the quality of the food that was served to us. The owner was a really friendly person.We had a full English breakfast and it was really goood. We all enjoyed the food.Worth a stop at if you are in the area. We will be back. We can't recommend this place a enough.

Had a cracking sarnie from here. Everything was cooked to perfection. Washed down with a nice cuppa. Will be going again soon for sure.Side note... Its cash only.

Stopped by on the way to the market, very friendly welcome with a lovely atmosphere. Food was fantastic and really good value, the ?Best? I?ll be back for sure.

Great little cafe, good cuppa and the bacon sandwich was spot on, was made to feel very welcome and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Iwould definitely call again.

Very friendly welcome with almost instant bonus biscuits as you selected your food. Extremely reasonable prices too. A very traditional style cafe in the centre of Penkridge, both in terms of decor and menu. Cash only. Open Sundays which I think is a huge plus with so many cafes electing not to.

Called in yesterday for the first time will definitely not be the last, lovely welcome excellent food and service asked for bacon to be well done it was perfect. Everyone who came in was greeted with a smile, excellent prices too.
