New Quooker Tap.In 2016 Kitchen Hub fitted our new kitchen. We were delighted with the quality and workmanship so when we decided to install a Quooker Tap we did our research, checked prices and went back to Dave at Kitchen & Bedroom Hub for the tap. It was fitted by Chris who fitted our kitchen seven years ago. The tap is great, instant boiling water is so convenient and not just for making drinks. With the added water filter we are very pleased with our purchase. Dave and team are lovely people to do business with.

Our newly installed Quooker tap is fantastic! Installation was a smooth process, very clean and tidy fitter. Boiling, chilled & sparkling water all on tap! We love how we can now make a cuppa or fill a pan with instant boiling water - no longer need a kettle. The chilled & sparkling water is lovely and refreshing (saving us buying all the bottled water we use to.)

All singing and all dancing quooker installed Monday 24th April, engineer left a frightful mess. It was used a couple of times then woke Wednesday morning to see a blue flashing light on the tap. Called KBH at bridgemere to be told to phone quooker. Person wasn't interested in the slightest. Quick to take our money then couldn't care less. Took from Wednesday morning to Friday lunchtime to actually get to speak to someone via a live chat at quooker. They told us that the error message E2 meant the unit was damaged in transit so would need to replace. I wrote a review on trust pilot as I was so unimpressed with the service is received from KBH and quooker. Then this evening, friday, my husband took a call from the chap at bridgemere who sold us the unit. all his wanted to do was absolve himself from any responsibility, annoyed that I'd written a review that was 'scathing' in his opinion. He claims to have been helpful when he spoke with my husband on Wednesday, unfortunately his attitude during that phone call wasn't helpful in the slightest, passing the buck is not a response that I'd expect in terms of helpfulness. The cost of a quooker is a considered purchase for us and for most people. My contract was with KBH and it's them who'd I expect to provide support in helping us get the issue sorted. Getting through to quooker is an extremely difficult, long winded and frustrating task, and all I would have wanted is some help with that.

Just had my second kitchen from Kitchen and Bedroom Hub. We were so pleased with our first kitchen that, when we moved house, we had no hesitation but to get our new kitchen from them. They didn?t disappoint, from initial planning through to the finished kitchen we have experienced excellent service with the highest standards from all the trades involved.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen, the design couldn?t be better. The service was first class, the quality of the kitchen is definitely worth the extra cost. The fitter was very helpful and tidy, the kitchen was fitted perfectly. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this company.
