A brilliant store. The staff are exceptionally friendly. And gave great advice for finishing touches on our Bathroom project. The finished job looked great. There was no issue in returning excess goods an got refund easily. I recommend this store 10%

I have been in the construction industry for over forty years and I recently visited the Newcastle branch and found the knowledge and professionalism of Sean who has many years of experience in the industry a huge asset to the business. I found him to be helpful and willing to put the extra effort in when dealing with customers.I have no reservations about recommending Tops Tiles.

Much better in recent months. The young lady here is a huge asset to the store and should really be in charge.Prices higher than most but they have what you need and are helpful.
