My wife, who is in her 70s, took a parcel to this garage to be returned. The person who was serving people ignored her. She was first in the queue for being served. He made her wait until all those others who had purchased fuel went through before her. The garage offers a service for parcel returns, if he is not willing to supply the correct and proper service, then he should go and find another job that doesn't involve dealing with the general public.
