I visited the shop with my friend recently and was appalled by the rude nature of one staff member in particular who I found to be patronising and unhelpful. Will not be returning due to being put off by unwelcoming staff members.

I was helped by a really lovely girl last week. She helped me get a student discount sorted and was generally just really lovely. Really sorry I didn?t catch her name but she was tall and wears glasses. Super lovely person :)

Went to buy hand cream (Okeeffe!) on promotion and found staff very helpful, prices good and product excellent! Only sadness that I have to go to Hanley, with all the parking and traffic difficulties, to recycle the old prescription pill packaging that Super-duper now offers at selected stores! They need to increase the selection as Newcastle-under-Lyme is so much more accessible than Hanley for so many people!

It's a super drug a bit small compared to some but it often has what you need or you can order it in online and pick it up.
