2 members of staff are supposed to be working young girl totally ignored me because she was to busy talking on her phone the other member of staff did eventually serve me but proceeded to talk to the other staff member he heard she had dragged him into her conversation and was calling somebody a knob head. There is a time and a place to argue with you boyfriend and it?s not at work.

Got home, and the sandwich fell apart. The bread was cut straight through, and the bottom was in bits. I couldn't eat it as it wouldn't stay together and the filling fell out.

I was really impressed with a young lady , Her name was Alia, black Hair, very helpful, I wanted a large delivery for work colleagues, she wrote everything down as it was for 12 x people , she was very patient & everything was ordered correctly & delivered at the time we Asked.
Thank you to that young lady.

Service and staff were terrible, there were no customers in, but they made me wait because they were chatting and was ignoring me until I got their attention the third time, but still made me wait and my food was made incorrectly. They obviously didn't want to be there and wanted to chat and gossip instead, and there was no 'please' or 'thank you' at all from both the staff on shift this day. Wouldn't come here again unless you want bad service and the wrong orders being made.

Greeted with a grunt, second sentence was ?Bread?? Third was ?Toasted?? That was the last time we ever spoke. Customer service dwells not here. Obviously didn?t wish to be there. Sandwich has the same face. Miserable.

Just awful. And further more subway have deleted all loyalty points, which if I'm honest is really sly behaviour and will forever stay with me. To do away with loyalty points that have been earned by paying subway money, yeah that's a surefire way of alienating your customer base really quickly
