All staff have changed,obviously changed management, worst subway I have ever had, tasted weird cheese was plasticy tasting and sweet onion was watered down, whole thing tasted awful and stale, not fresh. Service was not great either just talking amongst eachother quite rude. Avoid at all costs

Went in on the 2nd of March the man who made my sandwiches left me standing there for 10 mins (ive worked in that shop and ino you're ment to leave the online orders when a customer comes in the shop) when he finally did take my order he didn't even look at me he looked down the whole time he had the worst attitude ever,that place needs to get new staff and a new owner!!! It's gone down hill lately

Worst Subway I?ve ever came across. Staff act like they don?t care and will try and add extra items and costs on. You can?t also order through the website or the app which is a major problem for me as id like to order in advance and pick up on my work break instead of waiting around.

I asked for 3 of the promo on the window but when I got to the till they tried to change the price. And said the girl who served me was new so it was my fault. I repeated thats not me it's your training and then they were very rude. They then said your only having the cups and I said the offer includes cookies they grunted whatever which ones at me like I had been wrong. Will take my kids elsewhere next time. Fanta was broke and it's very run down.

Subway is all over in my opinion. It's not very good, glorified sandwich shop. And they've got rid of everyones loyalty points that they've earned. So it goes without saying that this is a company that has completely lost its way.

I?m honestly absolutely appalled with this subway, I went in on my lunch break a few days ago and a young lad had a seizure, there was 3 workers behind the counter and not one of them came around and helped they all carried on making their sandwiches, luckily the lad was okay and the paramedics came but the fact that not one of them stopped and helped has shocked me! At least one of them should have their first aid considering they work with food and sharp knives, appalling?

Not only this but the hygiene in there is awful, multiple times customers had to tell them to change their gloves and they?re so pushy in there

Same as others have reported, they try to overcharge you. They'll often ask things in underhand ways like "cheese both sides?" Instead of the normal "would you like extra cheese?". Even if you say no they will charge you anyway so take note of your total amount charged.

Be careful coming here they try to overcharge! They stay open late and try to overcharge ?drunk people? I however wasn?t that drunk. One male staff member was VERY rude, put double cheese on which I didn?t ask for and he told me that?s how it comes. When I was being served by someone else he began to stare awfully at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable!! I?ve been in before in the evenings and somehow end up paying £18 for a footling meal! I?ve come in the day with my little girl on many occasions but I?ll NEVER step foot in again. Rude.
