I have been one of the consistent, frequent regulars here since a few months after the branch opened quite a few years ago. I have never left a review before, but I recently 'went Gold' on the Starbucks app, so now get a complimentary extra shot in my usual small decaf Americano. The drink is perfect now.
I use my own Starbucks bought reusable cups (which gets 25p off per time), and the coffee costs a very good £2.70. I went through the drive thru just, and forgot to ask for skinny milk in the drink, and when being served at the window the barista had remembered the milk. 5*.

Ordered 3 drinks today and a toastie and cakes. One of the drinks never came. And tried get a refund off uber and was not allowed. Last time we ordered they got a drink completely wrong. Order most days off starbucks. Usually spending 20 pounds. Never again!

Really great Starbucks. The staff are really friendly and accommodating.
The place is clean and the atmosphere is very chill.
Considering it's always busy AND it's got a drive through, the staff should absolutely be applauded for their service :)

Don?t know how to follow instructions. Upon telling that you didn?t add any syrup to my drink, was told that syrup doesn?t go in it. I am a gold member of Starbucks and have asked for the same drink at several outlets and they always add the syrup (I don?t know which one) without saying. Rude behaviour of the staff as that was a free drink on my account. Highly disappointed from starbucks. Need to give proper trainings to the staff.

Very rude barista. My daughter ordered a strawberry Açai with lemonade and it was made with water so she went back to the counter and asked for it to be swapped. The lady look it off her and went to do another drink. A tall young man finished off the drink and slammed it down on the counter in front of her. Said nothing and walked off shaking his head.
Disappointed to say the least at his behaviour when asked politely to swap a drink that had been made in their error.
Won?t be returning I?m afraid.

Love a coffee with my wife and you can't beat a piece of millionaire cake with a caramel mac...great service air conditioning inside makes it perfect to sit in whatever weather we are regular visitors and will be back..
