Excellent eye test had to change frames as had an allergy to them no trouble they changed them very satisfied with all assistants who helped to get right frames

Service good. Only bug bare is having to pay additional for OCT scan which can detect issues upto 4 years early. If you don?t have this or pay for it does it mean the optician is happy for you to walk out with a potential eye issue? Duty of care is poor in that respect. Not the best.

All the staff were friendly and professional, service was good. But the space and the customer experience was bewildering, they usher you from waiting area to waiting area in some kind of conveyor belt of different staff, which I'm sure is very optimal in terms of waiting times but felt very impersonal. Again I should emphasise this is nothing to do with the staff, who were great, just the design of the shop and the customer flow.I think this was partly as it was a busy Saturday morning, so perhaps you may have a better experience when it's quiet.

I have been a customer of Specsavers for many years but honestly I?ve never received such outstanding service in any other store. My visit couldn?t have been improved in any areas and I am simply in love with my nee glasses.

I have not used specsavers for my glasses in the past. But the cost and choice at the store was very good and I will use them again in the future.
