Went in today with a bulbless lamp, a broken boots bag and a motive to buy a notebook. Came out a happy customer. The team is amazing, found us a bulb for us to purchase, a big bag to help us with our broken bag and got our notebook.

The staff are friendly and helpful, everything you want is at your fingertips, the shop also houses the post office , the shop is located on the ground floor and is lovely and clean, It's also Wheelchair friendly.

Staff claiming that a delivery of free promotional chocolate bars (voucher in Christmas Radio Times) has not long arrived, and still not opened, so you can't possibly have one.Staff are clearly sitting on them for their own benefit. Bit odd when you are the only customer in the shop, and all three staff members aware of it were not willing/able to open a box! Pitifully poor customer service.

Awful bunch of staff. Not one of the three that interjected in my query had the initiative or friendliness to pop into the stockroom and get a promotional item that they acknowledged had been delivered, but just couldn?t be bothered to open. Said I would have to come back; might open it tomorrow!?What it appeared to come down to was that it wasn?t benefitting them; a promotional item wasn?t bringing them money, & if they keep refusing to hand them out to people who present the voucher, they will be able to snaffle them themselves. Greedy, lazy, smirky staff - enjoy your freebies. Shall not be visiting again.
