Great value for money, stayed there for one-night and it was great! Restaurant within the building so very easy to get to and have some food especially after a day of travelling!

??This was my 2nd time there in 2 years and both times the rooms were lovely and clean, definitely a lot better than other premier inns I've stayed at (Plymouth's ?). The staff was very polite and helpful.
But the restaurant next door is letting them down?.

Stayed for the night as I was attending an event in Congleton. Lovely service from everyone from the hotel with the helpful and nice receptionist Emma to the team at the restaurant.
Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff is decent and friendly however Rooms are in VERY BAD need of repair and decoration. Broken taps in all rooms after being moved 3 times within our visit. Without food outlet next door there is literally nothing there. No where even for a cold drink on arrival. You can't even go for 5 minutes walk outside as straight onto a dual carriage way in both directions. Definitely not safe for kids. Rooms are too warm and can't turn the air conditioner down or open windows because of the highway noise. Never stay here again.
