Ordered the upgraded festive feast deal and used my points to get a free giant chocolate brownie. The store rang almost straight away to say they didn?t have any brownie and offered the giant cookie instead. Delivery was quick and there was plenty of food for 4 people. The pizzas and cheesy jalapeños bites were great, but the cookie was a bit singed around the edges although still nice. Unfortunately the chicken wings were revolting, soggy and dripping in so much grease they were inedible. Spoiled an otherwise good dinner.

Sent out a pizza that's not cooked properly cant even tear a slice off very rude on the phone even cut me off and told me it's cooked when tve dough isn't cooked through gone seriously down bank since the Indian owners have took over

Arrived cold but after an hour, several phone calls and texts and standing outside waiting we ended up eating it. No apology and after the 5th call tried cancelling but were unable to with staff being very unhelpful. Will not be using this branch again.

We ordered two pizzas last night as we do most weeks . Two weeks ago we had a delivery guy refusing to come up to our front door due to us being in a flat.
I did complain on the phone, so last night we thought we will come back see what happens,this time waiting around 50 minutes it came it was cold looked like it was cooked about 3 hours ago ended up in the bin.
Wast of money.
Kids ended up having a bar of chocolate then went to bed

Don't bother, pizzas have very little toppings and they don't match the quality of a usual papa john's, they had recently sent out flyers with 'new management', but its made no difference. Previous management told us they 'ran out of cheese' when asked about this. This place needs its franchise branding stripping.
