Front desk staff are lovely but the service is diabolical. Mainly due to how busy they are but not always. I?m glad I?ve left the area and no longer reliant on this chemist tbh. I?m guessing many others dare not speak up while they have to rely on this being there nearest location but they need to improve customer service by a mile.

I understand that people have different experiences, but so far Morrisons Pharmacy have been wonderful with me. Whenever I need to continue my medication, I pop in and ask for a consultation, which they sort out for me within 10 minutes. Consultations are very swift, and pharmacists I?ve met are always lovely. Whenever I?ve had to call them up, they?ve been nice on the phone, and patient while I explain what service I require.
As I previously said, I understand people have different experiences with healthcare, but honestly, if a pharmacist doesn?t smile at me, or is quite blunt, I put it down to them being extremely busy and sometimes short-staffed, not rude or unprofessional! As long as I get what I came there for, I?m happy! Wonderful service for the whole year I?ve been going there!

Did my shopping and thought I would get a bottle of night nurse keep in stock as I live on a boat and can?t always quickly get to a pharmacy only to be told you can?t keep medicine in stock as she would be out of business and she stated that?s the law but from a internet search there?s no such thing

I have recently started using Morrisons chemist and find them absolutely brilliant, the service is so good, as before using them we had our prescriptions from Clayton Pharmacy as they would mess us about so much
Morrisons are completely different no messing about as it?s worth the trip to the chemist to pick up the prescription also pleasant staff

Morrisons pharmacy would give less than one star if possible.
Phoned with a simple enquiry and whoever answered was so obnoxious a discussion was impossible and ended with the person hanging up, only used this chemist as the doctor stated which to use never again.
