Ordered a click and collect 4pm-5pm I arrived at 4.10pm. Followed the instructions, and I waited & I waited until 4.30pm. I then tried to ring the store, a recorded message told me to call a 0345 number, which I did and no one answered. I then went inside the store and spoke to a lovely lady in the cigarette counter. She tried umpteen times and nobody answered her either. She finally got someone who told her to send me back to click & collect. I finally got my shopping at 4.56pm. Not good enough Morrisons !!

Absolutely shambles of a store no idea why they're with uber eats for orders because half the time they cancel orders or dont be available for service. The manager of the store needs to look into this.

Products are good but Shame about the toilets. Toilet had a potent frowsy smell to it. The toilet roll holder wasn?t connected to the wall. Tissue Holder was sitting on the floor with the tissue roll sitting on top of it.
Toilet could do with some maintenance work. Signs weren?t mounted to the wall just put leaning up against the wall be behind the tap.
Ceiling in the toilet was funny colour the list goes on. It?s crazy the amount of money Morrisons make they can?t even renovate their toilets. Too much water spillage on the floor in this store, not enough signs. Store needs serious revamp fixing the roof outside where the trolleys go. Also not leaving the mop and bucket unattended in store would be a start ( health and safety hazard) becoming a regular weekly thing
