I had a Brazilian wax done by Monica and I felt calm from the minute I stepped into the room, which had calming music and looked clean and tidy. I had only had one Brazilian done before so it was safe to say that while I wasn't as nervous as I was the first time, I was definitely a little stressed. However, Monica made sure to make me feel completely at ease, talking to me throughout the entire procedure and it was over before I knew it. If you're nervous about going for a wax for the first time, or if you're just looking for a nice salon to go for your waxes, I would 100% recommend coming to Moments! I loved the vibe in there so much that if I could afford it at that moment in time I would have booked some more treatments just so I could spend more time there. I visited Monica at Moments for the first time today for a bikini wax. I was treated with dignity and respect and felt very comfortable throughout.The salon is lovely and a real oasis in such a busy town so I will explore other treatments after my next one in June.Service: Waxing

Probably the worst eyebrow waxing experience. She left my eyebrows uneven and with an asymmetrical shape. Whilst I don?t expect eyebrows to be exactly symmetrical, they should at least be the same degree of thickness and a similar shape. The lighting in the treatment area is very dim so it?s hard to see after she?s finished, also my eyebrows are quite thick so they get a little swollen and usually look fine once the swelling goes down. When I got home and had a look in the mirror I was shocked at how bad they looked. I could even see that she didn?t even tweeze the remaining hairs properly after finishing the wax, I had to tweeze them myself when I got home. Really disappointed and will be stuck with mismatching brows till they grow back. Do not recommend.Service: Eyebrow shaping

Monica is really lovely. I came in on a cold day after a stressful week (to get my brows and lashes tinted). She has put me at ease and chatted whilst the tint was doing its magic. I am thrilled that she does Lycon wax (amaze for bikini line). Good find ?

Monica is brilliant. I go for waxing mainly and always made to feel relaxed. Recently, had a 30 minute facial which was a great experience and I'm amazed at how good my skin looks.

Absolutely amazing! I went and got a Hollywood wax today, best experience. I was so nervous going that it would be painful but Monica is brilliant! She made me feel so comfortable and I barely felt it. Will definitely be going back again. So quick and easy. 100% recommend going here.

Received a surprise birthday gift for a facial at Moments and cannot recommend this place highly enough. I like to think that I look after my skin and have tried various salons to find a treatment that best suited me, however after the session when I looked in the mirror I could not believe the difference. I am not prone to exaggeration but my skin was literally glowing. Booked in for another in a few weeks and looking forward to it already. I would encourage everyone to try this Salon out at least once to compare, I dont think you would be disappointed.

Been coming here for waxing for years. Monica is lovely, she works quickly and prices are reasonable. The waxing isn't painful because she uses hard wax for sensitive areas. Couldn't recommend Moments enough!
