McDonald's is getting worse and worse . The food isn't that cheap and the quality of their food start to be appealing. Ordering online is pointless ad the food is beimg delivered cold.
Not a big fan anymore.

Food took way too long to get, screwed up multiple items in the order and upon asking for the eta of the order I got ignored by the staff at the counter. Food was barely warm upon getting it.

Worst big tasty I've ever had. They're taking a burger and bread layer out of a big Mac and trying to pass it off as a big tasty! It was even in a big Mac box And it was cold.
Grinch pie was 3 hours past it's supposed disposal time, which I didn't notice until my son had eaten it and I was sorting out the rubbish.
The wait time's not all that bad but stood there with everyone else obviously getting more depressed and p'd off it feels like an eternity.
Won't bother in town again!

I have never been treated so badly by a manager, I received an old and cold mc muffin, reheated and by the way the toilet is not open people are complaining that this is not normal, this manager needs to be held accountable by a higher boss,and after she said is ok i give you fresh one now is ok.....

I love getting dry as all hell food that's lukewarm with no dips. Never any dips. Would help the stale tasting mozzarella sticks if I actually got some dips

Ordered through just eat, part of the order was missing. Ordered a big mac meal which came without the big mac.

Ordered through Just Eat and no food was delivered (we have a ring door bell). Rang McDonald's and Just Eat and no one cared. The manager of the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch didn't care at all and even told my wife not to be so lazy "and get some food out next time". Absolute disgrace.
