Booked online a wheel alignment check. Arrived on time and was told it would be an hour for the job to be done. 90 minutes later the car was still sitting in the car park where I left it. The bloke running the office was really polite but the branch seems overbooked and to my amazement they continued taking customers in while massively overrun. Seriously don't bother.

Customer is not happy with the service. Actually I booked it for free but instead the service manager straight away said 69 pounds for alignment and not clearly mention about the charging of money?.it s kind of wrongly charging money from the Customer..I am okay to pay the money if they found any mistake or trouble but instead before checking the car they said 69 pounds or 99 something not sure about 99 pounds..very bad and they said everything is okay after one hour but it takes long time..sorry never ever going Kwik fit.

Had a fantastic & quick response yesterday for Kwik Fit in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The guys that helped, tried to sort out your car issue & pointed us in the right direction. They were very respectful & kind to my elderly Mum. I'm very please with here services & will be going back again.

Holiday saved!Had an irreparable puncture as we left home for a holiday, despite it being early on a Sunday morning we were back on the road half an hour after being recovered by the AA to Kwik Fit.Friendly staff, the manager Josh was great, turned a stressful situation into just a minor inconvenience.Pleasant waiting area, clean toilets and none of that gunk on the wheel.Absolutely recommended. Phoned Kwik fit Newcastle under Lyme late Sunday afternoon spoke to Josh he explained it was too late for and exhaust inspection and asked if I could call in first thing Monday morning which I did about 9am. The exhaust was inspected and I was told it needed a new sleeve to connect two sections of the exhaust the new sleeve was fitted and I was on my way within 30 mins Josh and the team were very friendly and super efficient and the customer service I received was first class. Fantastic service and a swift turnaround. I called ahead, the tyres were in stock and when I arrived Ben Hughes and the team sorted me out in less than 20mins for a pair of front tyres on a Sunday afternoon; what more could you ask for! Brilliant stuff.

Such kind and honest service. I was met with great customer service and just pure kindness, Ben is a credit to the company and more places need people like Ben to just be nice. I had a problem with my coolant, although it might have been a small problem- I was really looked after and made sure I was happy before I left. Thanks for your kindness and honesty- won?t be visiting any other garage, other than yours.

Me being a div left my phone in a taxi and somehow ended up at kwickfit the lads answered said no problem come and collect as long as know the password .. and wouldn't even take a drink as a thankyouSo here's to the lads at kwickfit Newcastle under Lyme big big thankyou maximum respect highly recommended guys ...
