We ordered this off Uber eats. 2 zinger burgers and 2 fries for £20. The amount of fries were unacceptable. Only 1 mouth full. Could easily fit them in the palm of my hand. Only filled a corner of the small box they come in. Any other take away would give around 10x the amount, the zinger was of the same quality of those take aways that do 10x the amount of fries. Had to make food after even though not wanting to make food was the only reason I ordered. Very disappointed

Shocking! Food thrown in bag, sauce off the food everywhere! No hash browns on tower burger! Chips all on bottom of bag with wrapper for fries on top of burgers. Thrown in!!! If you can't be bothered to do your job do not go to work! We will Not be returning AVOID! Absolutely shocking especially as it was a £30 order not happy

Didn't even get to order as just as i walked in 1 female staff member decided to push another staff female staff member over a piece of chicken and no other staff member bothered to short whst ever problem there was so we left

Avoid this branch. Ordered food, for drive thru takeaway. Once home it turns out half of the order was missing. Should?ve checked my bag I guess before driving off. Not worth for me to drive back, I will never use this branch again.

I was shocked to find out how much prices have been increased since I last went, my usual meal from £6.49 to £10.49However the food is nice still, you can not beat the Flavour of a good old KFC chicken

Paid £40. The order got mixed up. Bunch of idiots working there blaming their idiotism on delivery guys. Cobs missing fries missing most of the order is missing. Drink is different. Chicken is smelly and has a funny taste even badly burnt outside. Called in for help the lady on the phone was unhelpful ignorant disgusting person. Not even a one star service. She was saying google the delivery company and complain to them.If I was working like this at my workplace I would have been already fired.You are fired idiots!!!!!!! Never see you again.

I'd visit more if they had their 'just chicken Tuesday' on every day and not just a passing phase. Chips are iffy, only come for Just Chicken Tuesday and Bargin Bucket without limp chips. I don't know what's in the batter because it's a secret recipe, but it certainly aids with colon emptying for myself and my wife. Hey, I'm not complaining, but I know what will happen the next day. I'll still eat it, though. I'd give it 5? if they had 'Just Chicken' on every day, and I'd visit it more, too.

KFC are nothing like McDonalds. The tables had not been wiped down after the previous customer. It was cold inside and quite dark where you order. KFC need to look how McDonalds make their restaurants appear bright and fun and welcoming and warm.The food is fine just make the premises more appealing.

Ordered through KFC app which used deliveroo. Order got shipped after first initial time frame. Idiot driver went to the same street name but in Wolstanton not Newcastle even though the post code is clearly visible. He called and asked where I was and I told him he had gone to the wrong address. He never appeared to my address even though my order shows as delivered to the other address he was at.Called KFC who said it wasn't them, I need to contact the delivery company, all they could do is issue my food again if I went to them which I couldn't do hence why I was booking a delivery.Called deliveroo who said they will escalate my case and expect an email. So no food, no money and guess what, no email.Nothing but daylight robbery and will never use either again. Checked with the restaurant if a driver had returned with the order and they hadn'tSo I hope the delivery driver that ate my food choked to death on the bones.

Had a takeout and was given the wrong order, which we only discovered when we got home. Phoned to ask for the correct order to be done and delivered but was told they were too busy to deliver. I drove back to KFC, and they tried to say it was my fault. After a few words with the manager, I finally got the correct order, but it cost me time and fuel to have to go back ?

Empty drive-thru empty restaurant We used the drive-thru and got to the window and 4 or 5 staff were outside smoking and the 3 or so inside were just standing chatting about a rude family they had the day before whilst we sat there waiting 10 15 mins in at the drive-thru window.......

chips were tastless and not hot/fresh. The chicken burger was cold and very very thin, like someone had used a rolling pin to flatten it out/paper thin. I won't be using the Newcastle branch again.
