Paid 10 pounds for the Diamond wash. He barely touched the car on the pre wash. Bird poo still on drivers door, two alloys still dirty. Not sure I will return. Bit disappointed

The staff seem to feel like they can reach into your car without you asking to grab at your controls. Had to push the guys hand out who persisted and carried on. Use words pal, not hard

Decided to visit for the first time. Ended up paying £60 for a full valet. The inside job was amazing, however the outside job was atrocious. The paint on the back of my car had actually been removed, obviously by careless jet washing. The back is also now scratched. I was not made aware of this damage before or after I paid and left.

Just been there today to wash my car, the wash itself was good Triple Foam used, my problem is that at the end while moving out after the green light was on i heard a noise, found out later when i exited the vehicle that one of my back wheels got scratched :/
