One of the best surgery?s I have been to. Visited with my sister earlier today and found Dr Linney ti be very professional and understanding. This used to be my late Mother?s GOs and they have always shown compassion and always very efficient.

Very poor customer service by reception. Rang about my blood test results. Say they can?t see it and to contact phlebotomy. Phlebotomy got back that GP has to contact directly. Rang back GP, they kept saying they can?t hear me but I can hear them clearly on the same contact number. Kept dropping of the call. Shame. This is 1 week after sending me off for test. Not even bothered about how unwell I have been. Such an awful first time experience. I miss my former surgery.

Great GP surgery only been with them 12 months but always helped me and my children when needed. Receptionists are always so helpful and friendly and the GP and nurses are amazing couldn't ask for a better surgery!

Dr Alvarez is one of the worst gps I've seen in years. No compassion, no humanity..... worst of all..... She doesn't even look at test results or medical records. Why is she even there?? Never again

Receptionists not that useful, trying to book an asthma review... advised my work 8 til 4.30 Mon to Fri, told Me I could have a 1.30 appointment... ?? Not really very useful, I did explain I can't come out of work, she said did I really need an asthma check then??? Well my reply 'I had a text, I have one every year, its very useful, so yes I would love one'Well can you come in a morning? She asked... me.. no I start work at 8am, unfortunately I wasn't getting anywhere, I did try to ask if the nurse was checking peak flow? If not then I need not go in person? She didn't know as she wasn't medical, normally when you call up they want to know the far end of a ...... I put the phone down, looks like I won't bother. Let's hope I don't have an asthma attack

I can?t thank this GP Surgery enough. The doctors were so thorough, efficient and professional. I myself work for the NHS and totally understand how hard it can be to manage so much of patient load. Round of applause for the hardworking doctors, reception team and every staff for sorting everything out quickly, empathically and efficiently.

You can never get an appointment no matter how early you ring and if your lucky enough to finally get one they see you in the afternoon by that time your condition has got worse. Better off ringing 111 or going to A&E. I have two small children one with asthma and this GP doesn?t take anything seriously. Save yourself the hassle don?t register here

You can never get an appointment. Appointments are only booked 8am by phone, so You can never get through as 100s of people call.. not only that You cant get an appointment, You cant even get through a receptionist.You cant plan ahead.. or take a day off if You need an appointment.. as its only on the day apps that You rarely get anyway.They do try to give appointments to children, but as an adult I struggle to get one - most of the time I get rejected, so I stopped even trying.

The Receptionists are always kind and friendly. Notably April who on each occasion displays a high sense of professionalism, support, and a Polite phone manner.
