I have a delivery this morning from greggs from Newcastle..my bacon and omelette bap was cold not nice.... then I had a large orange mocha and that was harf full it's a joke.......

We like going into Greggs even if we only have a drink and a sausage roll. Of course, the other food is nice, and they always seem to have a large selection to choose from sandwiches, cakes, plus lots of other goodies.

Very busy store and there is often only one person serving which means there are often quite big queues. Comfortable seating area and good quality food and drink at great prices. Staff attentive and work quickly when busy just wish they used both tills.

All the girls that have served me here have always gone over and beyond. Absolutely lovely staff, they are so helpful and sweet. Always been a Sunday I come in and they always put a massive smile on my face. Thanks ladies.

We have been using this Gregg's since opening and will continue to do so. Busy town centre cafe, warm comfortable seating and atmosphere. Pasteries, sausage rolls, sandwiches, chicken nuggets, wedges etc, very good varied selection hot and cold. cakes and a very good selection of sweets all this served with a friendly genuine smile, advice from well informed staff. Drinks hot and cold, coffee is something not to be missed and excellent quality and the reason it's five GOLD star, the price, very affordable. Parking close by free and paid.close to shops and banks.

Waited 2 and half hours for a delivery and still haven?t received it then online they said they?ve delivered it, delivery service is disgraceful it?s not the first time I?ve waited over an hour either at least then they actually delivered

Lovely greggs. Has indoor seating, which isn?t too common but a nice addition to the store. Good staff, and kept clean.

Normally alright but today they had like no doughnuts the guy didn't make my pumpkin spice drink correctly and they didn't tell me before hand that I couldn't sit down to eat because they were going to be cleaning it in a minute. Very disappointed would be one star if not good experiences before
