Order a chicken and chips box and you forget the chicken. That's just stupid. I hears how bad you are and decided give whoever you are another chance even though the front of your shop looks like tour closed. Never again

Tried to order on Uber eats twice , order cancelled both times, I don't live that far from the place so shouldn't be an issue. After looking at the reviews of here probably a good job it didn't come!
They also seem to offer free metal chopsticks for orders over £45, so place could just be a money grab and cancelling smaller orders.

Had an evening meal delivered barbecue ribs,chicken & blackbean sauce, neither were what we expected, ribs were tough, very little lumpy chicken,lots of onions and thick gravy.i rang to complain and the answer i got was I will tell the chef no problem

Nice food but the communication by staff is terrible. I called to inform of a sauce and got attitude by a lady on the phone. Clearly she shouldn?t work in customer service.

After a frustrating evening we were left with little choice but to call in the golden wok even though we?d never tried it before. We ordered and sat down, it seemed fairly clean and they?d recently mopped the floors. As I was sat down I thought I?d check the reviews and I was left feeling nervous but there was no need to be nervous. We fully enjoyed the meal, the fried rice was the best rice I?ve had for a long time, really enjoyed the curry with chicken and king prawns and my mum had chicken with bamboo shoots & water chestnuts and it was really nice. Don?t let the reviews put you off, just give them a try. We will be returning.

I found glass in my food! This was a collection order and I came home to find a piece of shattered glass in my food! I called the restaurant to tell them about this and they didn?t even apologise and got very defensive saying they have no idea how it ended up there. The manager, Michael, was very aggressive on the phone!

Gutted... this was our regular place for Chinese, consistently delicious food. Then it seemingly closed for a while and when we noticed it was back online this week we made an order. The food was cold, the rice was dry and tasteless. Proper gutted.

This place has had some questionable reviews in the past but don't let this put you off trying. I don't know whether there has been a change of ownership but I have made this a regular stop. Quick service whether delivery or collection.Their Set Meal Deal is a steal in my books, Yung Chow Fried Rice, Duck in Black Pepper Sauce and Crispy WonTons with Sweet and Sour sauce for a very reasonable price. Sauce is flavourful, meat tender and comes with good variation of vegetables to round out the meal.Last time we went they have Siu Mai on offer, if you're a fan of steamed dumplings these are worth picking up, exactly what you expect from an authentic Siu Mai.The only thing that knocks this place is that you can have a differing experience every time you go, your sauce may be more or less thick and with a slightly different flavour. The vegetables in your meal can be different or the amount of meat. Although never at heavy detriment to the meal it can be detract from the meal.
