Repaired screen cracked with the slightest of pressure when putting it in the case.Took the phone back 2 weeks after repair to be told they aren't interested as physical damage, screen is wafer think owned the phone and vase for 2 years and never had this issue before.

My auntie brought a phone from here and within a few days the screen cracked under no pressure at all, when she went in to take it back the owner was rude and aggressive and would do nothing about it.

Terrible customer service would not do a refund even after he damaged the item. Should be able to put negative stars do not shop here you have been warned.

Awful customer service. Asked for a refund on an iPad case I purchased yesterday as it was the wrong size, then got told they dont do refunds and was giving excuses why they dont do refunds to quote 'it has been used' and 'for hygiene reasons' which I was absolutely amazed at given I work in retail I know consumer rights and was disgusted how he spoke to me. He eventually offered me a replacement of the right size. Will never use this store again.

I went in for a bluetooth headset the Male on the shop was very unhelpful but I got what I thought I was looking for. Got it home and all it did was calls and it was not even working right so I went back to the shop the next day told the Male in the shop that I was not happy and I wanted a refund he didn't want to give me a refund at first but he back down in the end never shop there again

Quick service and reasonable prices. I had my old phone unlocked so I could sell it and it was done the next day. The man was very helpful and sorted it very quickly. Would recommend them and I will be going back if I need anything else.

You know somethings up when you can?t get off of the review page because where the back button is is dead. I have multiple dead pixel clusters and my screen registers ghost taps. Sometimes my whole screen goes unresponsive and all I can to is force reset. I?d put an angry emoji but I can?t use that part of the screenEdit: I opened up my phone and found two screws laying inside. Once I had removed these the bottom corner of my screen now works again. Not happy

Simply great. Had phone fixed a while back works fine and is a real glass screen and not plastic like some places do. The first couple of days it froze and wouldn?t work but give them chance to settle and it works fine. Thanks fone zone!

Brought an I phone x case today..The man who served me in the shop, wasn?t helpful at all, the case I brought doesn?t fit my phone at all.. I have rang them and asked if I can have my money back or a credit note and they said no!!!! Only because I didn?t leave the shop without the box and that was the man fault
