Very bad serve never knocked the on the door or ring the bell, when there was a note on door. Then was told driver would come bk between 3-4 he didn't turn up till 1:35 and never called my mobile when told to terrible service

The courier is the only one out of all the couriers in the area that cannot deliver to an address that?s been there 60 years. Customer service is appalling. This has happened twice now.

The worst delivery service by some margin. It's now 5 days and four missed deliveries for a supposedly 24-hour service!

worst postal company in the UK, sick of being messed about with any orders placed through FedEx!!! they lost a parcel for 6 weeks in germant last year, cannot get through to anyone on customer service to raise issues, honestly worse than EVRI!!! joke of a delivery company youre always late and never give good customer service. absolute jokers. do not recommend to use as a courier.

Worst delivery service. Was notified in the morning that my delivery will be made today. Waiting the entire day for it and now notified that the delivery was attempted when it was clearly not. Layers and unprofessional.

Automated service is no good doesn't understand anything you say. That's if the phone does get put down on you before you manage to get to answer. Said delivery address was wrong then next day delivered to same address. Contacted since and couldn't tell me what happen just they were sorry it wasn't delivered onetime. Parcel was then left outside as mother in law couldn't move as was too heavy it was raining. Could of helped her inside with it.

Fedex - Parkhouse is the best place I?ve worked in UK as class 1 driver. Great transport team, and good trunking jobs.
