Joel is the hairstylist I?ve been looking for my entire adult life! I?m a woman of 49 years of age and after countless disappointing visits to other hairdressers over the years I am so pleased to have finally found Joel. He does a thorough consultation and actually listens to what I want. I personally don?t want to get stuck into a rut with my hairstyle but want something on trend, easy to maintain and age appropriate and Joel delivers every time! After my hair appointment with Joel I skip out of Embassy Hair thoroughly happy with the way my hair has been cut and styled and subsequently receive lots of compliments from friends and family. Between appointments I always find my hair is easy to style myself which to me is another testament to Joel?s skill as a hairstylist. As a bonus, Joel really is the most lovely delightful hairdresser who is so welcoming and friendly. Do yourself a favour if like me you?ve struggled to find a decent hairstylist either give Embassy Hair a call or use their online booking system you certainly won?t regret booking an appointment with Joel!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Joel did an unbelievable job on my hair. I?d neglected it for months and even had a massive dreadlock in it!! I was sure it had to be cut out but Joel was determined to work away at it and managed to get it out! Probably one of the best haircuts I?ve ever had- just brilliant. I have taken advantage of the recent offer and had the Kerestright keratin treatment. My hair is very frizzy, dry and flyaway naturally and is very difficult to style. Since I?ve had the treatment my hair feels and looks in amazing condition and styling has never been so easy. I literally just blow dry it, no need for straighteners anymore. My hair looks incredibly healthy. I would definitely recommend this to everyone! ??????????Services: Hairstyling

First visit today my appointment with Michael for a cut and finish. I am delighted with the result exactly how I wanted it and great coffee too! I've lived in Newcastle for 9 years (originally from Birmingham) and I've visited over 20 salons this is the first time I've walked out feeling my hair looks great. First time visiting and quite disappointing. I had to wait well over an hour for my appointment and I had told them when booking the appointment that I had a wedding to attend which is why I wanted my hair done.Anyway, I arrived for my appointme about 10 minutes early, on arrival there were only 2 seats in the waiting area so I stood near the entrance as these seats were taken, no issue but I was the. Told they were running behind and could I wait about 40 minutes, ok, only I couldn't wait in the salon as the seats were taken. I was told that I could go next door to the coffee shop. I chose not to go next door, instead I had a walk and also returned to my car for a bit which I had parked in the council car park as the spaces in front of the salon were full on arrivalI returned 45 minutes later, waiting area seats were still taken so waited in the entrance again. Someone came over, took my coat and sat me in a seat as if ready to have my hair done. I waited about 15 minutes and was then told that they were going to be another 15 minutes and asked if this was ok. By this point I was pretty miffed but had no choice but to stay as I had a wedding to go to and no chance I'd be able to get in anywhere else at such late notice. I told them I needed to move my car because my parking ticket would run out, to be told I should have parked in front, sure not a problem if there were spaces! So I went and moved my car now to the front, I returned and again sat in the same chair and waited.By this point I was starting to feel uncomfortable and anxious. It was now over an hour since my appointed time and near the salons closing time, which made me worry that my hair would be rushed. Finally it was my turn, I'd love to say I felt great after with a fabulous cut but unfortunately I felt basic, probably partly down to me too as I didn't speak up due to me by this point just wanting it to be over and done because I was worrying about childcare and getting ready for the wedding.On leaving it was all smiles from everyone like I'd had the perfect experience, if only.it was as I really expected great things from this place experience wise from what I had been told from friends who had been there. Such a shame.Just to add to avoid confusion, I believe the stylist may have been a junior from the pricing. I didn't state a preference when booking I just had the stylist that I was given.

I have regularly visited Embassy since 2016 and have never failed to be impressed. The team are professional, attentive, highly skilled, knowledgeable and always welcome you with a smile. Most importantly they listen to me as a customer and I have always left the salon feeling like a million dollars! I wouldn't go anywhere else for all my hair needs - fantastic service and results every time.

The Embassy team are amazing! I have been visiting the salon for years and have never been disappointed with the whole salon experience and, of course, the results! I always receive lots of complements after a visit and I love the way that they keep me up-to-date with trends and new products. I would highly recommend a visit to this salon.
