I order the same drink here (frappe) most days, and it is never the same. I have been in with a friend and both order the same frappes and they are completely different colours and missing toppings. It is hit or miss, some staff know how to make the drink some do not. Today one staff member was too lazy to make up more cream for the drink, a second staff member (obviously annoyed at the first) made up the cream and provided the drink, as she had taken over the making half way through there was no coffee in the drink and i was served icy milk. very disappointing. Would not recommend this cafe as the level of consistency leaves a lot to be desired.

Dirty cups, I cleaned my own cup & spoon, I also had to clear my own table-to be able to sit down. There were 2 table to the side of me with people with out drinks who were bragging to each otherthat they can sit in here & not buy anything ! My partner ordered a cheese & ham toastie which came way before the drinks ( which were forgotten ) & later on he developed a upset tummy . Over all Never again, disgusting.

I understand that in these times some changes need to be made but yet again this store is falling below acceptable standards for weeks now all drinks have been served in takeout cups then they went to only accepting card payments now half of the seating area has been cordoned off.

Very disappointing and no guidance on using the app. Staff are rude and did not make us feel welcome. Drink tasted awful. If you're in Newcastle, please go to the Costa near Morrisons instead - they're much better.

I love Costa however I do think they should offer more vegan products especially cakes.

Always enjoy a visit to our local Costa. Great choice of food and drinks. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Recommend a visit to all and will return as ever.

Amazing staff and very good pricing of products. Always clean inside and staff on shift are always polite and very well mannered. A young lady who works there by the name of Heather is amazing and deserves more praise for the work she does, as she goes above and beyond to help her customers.

This Costa has been refurbished and its great. Very clean. I still don't know how the staff manage to serve, clean and still smile but they do. You always feel as though you are the only customer. It is a tad expensive for the food, but you know what-they don't half fill you up!
