We booked a table for 8 at Cappello lounge they don?t usually do bookings but as we were a large table they accommodated for us and let us book,The staff were amazing providing us with drinks and the food came out in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon

No idea who's giving this place 5 starts for the food hahahaha, incredibly average/bland and room temperature food, not worth the price so won't be returning for food but the atmosphere was really nice, drinks were done well and very helpful and friendly staff, shame about the food

3 of us ate here, staff were very friendly. Food let it down. Chicken bang bang nooe dish totally tasteless, supposed to have a coconut dressing. Mentioned to staff who assured us it had been put on but was mild, shortly after he came to confirm the chef said he definitely had put the sauce on, but they had tasted it and agreed it didn't taste of anything and would tell head office. So don't even make own dressing. The meal was just tasted of oil not pleasant. No refund or free drink offered :-(

Fabulous eating place in the centre of town. Fully accessible for my wife's wheelchair and there is an accessible toilet.
A wide choice of food to suit all dietary requirements. In our group was a vegetarian, one needing a gluten free diet and one with a nut allergy. Very easy to find meals for us all on the menu but the staff also made doubly sure.
My wife and I had the tapas - fabulous and incredible value for money.
I would certainly recommend this and other Lounges for the quality of food, price and accessibility.
