“just wanted to say how fantastic the staff are at this branch.I called yesterday(22/4/23) to return a car battery for my daughter's car,which I only bought 5 weeks ago,but it lost its charge and went completely flat due to being faulty.There was a queue of about 5-6 people before me,but within about 5 minutes,the two young ladies had served the customers very promptly and professionally.The lady who served me quickly checked the battery and confirmed it was faulty . Naively, I didn't have my paper invoice with me,just my order confirmation email from when I used the click and collect,thinking this would be proof.The lady pointed out that they can only do the exchange for another one covered by the 3 year warranty,with the invoice ref number.However,she kindly got me a replacement and advised me to contact the customer services department and also gave me their number.I did this,and spoke to a chap called Mark.R,who listened to my story and duly sent an email copy of my invoice for the battery,even staying on the phone to make sure I could check that I received his email.Absolutely brilliant service from all the staff at Stoke and at customer services.Thank you so much,and keep up the good work,kind regards,Dave Edwards”
