Terrible service today. Absolutely zero customer service. Arrived for prescription. I was a little early than pre-agreed time but asked if it was ready anyway. Answer simply ?no?. So went for coffee to kill 30 mins. Went bad and still had to wait. The two men who spoke to me were very rude and when my script was eventually found it was thrown at me and was in a see - through bag. Everyone could see what I was receiving. Unprofessional, rude and don?t understand confidentiality. Won?t be using again.

They are really helpful, I moved my monthly script to this pharmacy and it's been great, no short items and always on time.

Easy and Speedy service and if they are busy it's simple - I do a little shop whilst I wait.Would recommend as they are open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday. They close earlier on Sunday - check the times.(For those of you leaving negative reviews and not understanding rules around prescriptions being filled, if there is not a pharmacist present for whatever reason, you cannot collect your medication. This is to keep you safe as they are the only one who can explain you medication to you. This applies to all chemists. You can however call any other chemist that is open and ask them to fill your script as they check if you've collected it through the electronic system. If you have not they can give you what is prescribed by your Doctor. Problem solved.)

Just waited for Asda Wolstanton Pharmacy to open, only to be told there is no pharmacist in so prescription cannot be dispensed. Apparently on their way by train but have no estimated time of arrival? What sort of service is that? If Asda asvertise a pharmacy, the pharmacist should be available!
