Absolutely disgusting being spoken too like dirt from staff , rude and abrupt , also refused too apologise too me . If it was the other way around you would be barred , store manager didn?t care about this either and let the person get away with speaking too customers in this way .. store a bad layout no service for anyone with disabilities or needing help with their shopping .

TAKE NOTE OF PARKING
ASDA CLAIM TO BE PART OF THE RETAIL PARK BUT CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE CASE
I am funming. ASDA is a part of the Wolstanton Retail park. I parked there two weeks ago. I spent over two hours in ASDA shopping and also in the cafe for lunch. I then nipped into BnM and matalan to get a few bits I needed. I checkd the time opposite BnM as I couldn't remember if it was 3 or 4 hour parking at "Wolstanton retail park", it started 4. I have now received a parking charge because apparently ASDA like to provide different times to the rest of the retail park and only allow you 3 hours parking.
This is not clearly stated across the whole of the retail park and I'm sure I won't be the only person to have done this.
ASDA you are shocking, make it clear to your customers that parking on your car park is different to the rest of the retail park because it's not explicitly clear at all. I have been going to this retail park for years but it definetly puts you off when things like this happen. It's like you take pride in scaming people of money. DON'T associate yourselves as part of the Wolstanton retail park if you are going to make your own rules up.

Shambolic, 7.30pm today with trolley of shopping and they close all tills so staff can help with self service!!!! You are a large supermarket but can't have one functional till, please explain. Some people struggle with self service and I have zero desire to plea with staff. I can almost bet the reply bot says staff shortages despite staff chatting away in self service.

Great store unless you need the toilet! They close the toilets after 9pm however this store is open for 24hrs?so what about the rest of 24hrs after 9pm until the morning!..what superstore has no useable toilets - an awful one! Really bad form.,what a joke, won?t be coming here again, or to Asda, to spend my thousands on shppping that I do every year.

I recently had a very bad experience with asda Wolstanton...I used one of the disability carts, these are dangerous in my opinion...I ended up with a massive hematoma from banging my leg on the metal under the seat. If you are elderly be very careful when you get onto the scooter....the customer service desk were not very helpful either..
I went on Saturday afternoon. The only good experience was guy on security he was soooo helpful as my scooter ran out and he pushed me...thanks for the lovely help @guy...

i live just round the corner and ive seen this store change so much and for the worse... spending stupid money on one way systems instead of spending money on new trolleys or a new roof outside the store always raining in... floors are filthy shop half empty and very little staff in the store it's a rubbish store now the local corner shop is better

You get spoken to and treated how you treat others!!
Security needs to learn to speak to people with respect and not order people around and ban people for walking the wrong way.
A simple sorry mate could you walk around the other way for me please would have worked.
Instead of a your not going this way walk round, aggressive,horrible man.
Who does he think he is doesn?t even hold a sia badge and switch?s body cam on after the part he is rude and aggressive.
Jobs worth is an understatement!
Obviously first bit of power he has ever had or thinks he has power ?

I will never use Asda ever again very abusive staff member who refused to help when I had an enquiry about returning an item. Although the website I could exchange an item she wouldn't help at all and refused to get a manager

After shopping at this store I witnessed a very rude staff member called Rose talking AT staff by the tills very rudely. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Must of made the poor ladies on checkout feel terrible. She was very unfriendly even with customers. Shocking. Shouldn't be allowed to talk to fellow colleagues like this! Won't be returning!! Sort your staff out Asda!!

Absolutely horrendous shopping experience. Only 2 tills open (out of around 7) and about 30 self-service tills. Total carnage, hideous queues and I felt so sorry for the poor staff. Put more tills in! I'll never go back there again.

No trolleys no baskets. Stock was way down. State of the store was ramshackle. Access to the toilets was like going through an assault course. Store was not up to scratch cleanliness wise. Just glad to get out. Will definitely not be returning.

Had a lovely half term breakfast with my daughter and got her food for free, really enjoyed it, helped the pockets and was able to enjoy time with my daughter, breakfast and coffee was lovely staff were very helpful and friendly...the young girl that served us especially.
