Better than McDon't. It's tiny, so don't expect fast service. No indoor seating and couldn't see disabled parking anywhere nearby.
Outdoor seating only, and only electronic payments accepted. You got cash? Starve! I only do electronic payments so no problem there.
Touchscreen ordering system on 2 machines. One was not working so the queue was a bit long.
Food is great. Best milkshakes in the area, and burgers rank between the King and McDon't. Didn't have any salad on it so lost a star.
Service was very slow, collection only.
As its outdoors, near a main road, atmosphere is highly variable. Lose 3 stars. 9/15=3 stars

Burger was a bit salty, chips were okish, drink was a bit small for the price. It was ok but I wouldn't go again unless there wasn't any other option, sorry ?

After losing my first 3 wives to cold and famine, this wimpy saved my 4th. 48 years later we are still going strong and hark back to the time we felt the warm embrace of the Staffordshire wimpy as the staff member asked us ?Would I Moderately Pleasure You?? to which we softly declined but only then realised the strength of our marriage as we embraced across the Formica table, brushing the white plates to the floor.
Thank you Wimpy, thank you for sweet blanket of love.
By the way, what other fast food joint gives you white plates? I?ll tell you, only the best?

Unfortunately the wimpy have dropped their booth service and now you have to order on an unintuitive screen app. In the time it took to queue for one of their two screens, I watched 2 people struggle to do their order, give up and leave. It is unfortunate as it alienates the less tech friendly of customers, and god knows how those with poor sight will cope now. I hope the wimpy reconsider this approach. Also, please add a "meal option" for the burgers, its a pain in the ass having to add a burger, track back to add a drink, track back again to add fries. It's bad UI.

I mean, who doesn't love the wimpy. The only thing I can fault it on is its lack of parking places but that cant be helped due to the location it's in.
For anyone who's never been the wimpy before, think McDonalds doubled in price but also doubled in quality!!!

What have you done to the place. Little to no seating. And no lessons learnt from Covid. Stupid screens to order on and there are no meal options so it?s more expensive. Change the place back to how it used to be.

Food was lovely! There were 13 of us but all orders were cooked fresh and pretty quick/efficient. Shame the indoor seating area was closed, in December when it?s needed. Luckily it didn?t rain much and we ate outside but it was pretty cold which affected the atmosphere.

Had a double cheese burger, onion rings and chicken stripes with a chocolate milkshake, honestly they are all OK, not as good as what I was expecting, all that came to 22 pound, would rather pay that for a five guys in all honesty... not knocking the wimpy at all but just being honest... I get it's nostalgia, and with there only being a few in left in the UK... great location though with thr perfect weather. Horrible parking situation. Service with a smile, which is always a plus!

Haven't had a wimpy for years and as we passed the one at milford stafford we stopped. Brilliant, we had a burger and fries meal and a milkshake. Waited as they cooked it fresh and enjoyed every bit. And the best part is it filled us up , not like another known brand that you are hungry again 1hour later.

Like everything else it's gone a bit pricey, but food is still so nice. Much nicer and more filling than McDonald's! Service was good and staff friendly. Small seating area outside or you can take a picnic blanket and sit on Milford common, just across the road.
