Lovely, smart, clean room. Evening meal was cooked well and value for money. Breakfast included. Further from the motorway than we thought but worth the drive.

The room was fine but the bed was awful, it was very soft and lumpy. Didn't get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was not great. I opted for 'healthier' option of omlet but it was very greasy - looked like it had been cooked in far too much oil.

I stayed for 4 nights whilst attending a course in Crewe. The welcome was pleasant and found it very easy and relaxing. The food on offer can cater for all and is bloody gorgeous. The mega burger, delicious, the Tapas, wow, the beer battered haddock, tasty, and the full English breakfast is just perfect. I will go back if ever in this area again. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to all at The Crewe Arms Hotel.

I spent two weeks here as I was working locally, the room was very clean and comfortable, there's a huge car park and a great bar area where the locals were very friendly as were the staff.

We only stayed here for one night and I struggled with that tbh. The bed was so uncomfortable - if you moved, you would roll to the middle. Having a shower it felt like you were going to fall through the bath, it felt so spongy. Asked the server at breakfast what was included in the full English breakfast and she had to go to ask. People say you get what you pay for, but looking at their reviews, we thought we would be enjoying our stay. We have 2 more visits to Crewe and unfortunately we won't be staying here.Rooms: Rooms need a makeover
