The absolute worst company we?ve experienced since moving in our home 15 months ago. We?ve paid 7.5k on a new bathroom that looks like it cost about £800. From a sloppy, rude installer to a customer service that couldn?t care less i honestly can?t express enough how terrible they have been. Our original install was April 22 and now in January 23 we STILL have leaks going into our kitchen!! Not once has anyone from this store been in touch to see if our issues have been rectified and customer service have only ever contacted us to see if they can start payments (which they did anyway even though we still had leaking issues)Our biggest regret is not trying somewhere else, we thought we were getting a trustworthy company through Wickes but they?re absolute failures and an embarrassment. We?ve had no form of compensation either. So poor.

Terrible service and customer care. Just been to purchase a set of bi-fold doors. When I got to the check out I noticed the packaging was open and could not tell if parts were missing. The store was still happy to sell the item until I called the mamager and he had little intrest. Offered a discount for the cost of the missing pack no consideration for delivery of replacement parts. Similar items in store also had missing parts yet sill on sale. Moral of the story DO NOT trust Wickes for honesty or vaue.

Don't tend to buy Wickes own stuff but the staff here in Lichfield, in my experience, will take the time to help poor confused customers such as myself. Their real Christmas trees, when they sell them, are the best!

Easy access. Convenient hours. Usually have stock in, but check website first. A little pricey on some things, so check the other diy stores etc.!Hand pick your timber, don't have it delivered... some of it makes a banana look straight!

Wicks if you have a store near you give it a try ,just as good as the other DIY store ,good range of products, helpful, friendly staff always clean,tidy,well stacked shelves

Way out of their depth with bathrooms. The photos attached show the finish on a bathroom that we'll have paid around £7.5k for. Tiles are not alligned, they are uneven on walls, grouting is sporadic, the flooring is chipped in places and a mess behind the towel rail and to top it off when we shower it leaks onto our freshly plastered kitchen ceiling below!The whole process has been painful, even from the start with numerous texts giving us the wrong date for the delivery of the bathroom materials.They sent one person to do the whole package - the plumbing, tiling and floor laying..an inadequate plumber.He had 5 days off during the main install of the bathroom and would text us at 8am on the day with "wont be in today, see you tomorrow". The bathroom was meant to start on the 28th March and still isnt complete due to the leak and a large damaged package that they still haven't collected.Trying to get any of this resolved is impossible, both through the Lichfield branch itself and through Wickes customer services. I strongly advise anyone against getting themselves into the hell we've gone through!

I use this branch regularly when I'm working in the area for some materials.A good bunch of staff, very helpful, especially the kitchen design department that I've had the pleasure to deal with on a few occasions now.Very happy with the quality of Wickes kitchens and the Lichfield designers who sort out any material/supply issues as is common at the time of this review, very quickly and professionally.

Negligent and unprofessional.I had a kitchen fitted back in March by Wickes and the unit is preventing my boiler from being repaired or serviced.5 weeks after reporting the issue Wickes have failed to send anyone to help resolve it. I have spent many hours holding for the customer service line and they have been all apologies and eager to help. Then nothing happens.I would recommend against employing the services of Wickes.

Customer service not great. No friendly welcome or a thank you and argued the reason why we were exchanging something. Will stick to Burton one as they're much friendlier!
