Lovely store. Toast and tiny coffee a pound dearer than costa but it was nice. The downside us the aircon in the cafe is that fierce (and I love the cold) by the time you've put butter on your toast its freezing cold. Tried to put sugar in my coffee twice but it blew away before it hit the cup. Shame really.

I went to the store the staff were very unfriendly. They should hire better staff as the partners make an impact to the image of the company.

Such an easy shopping experience. I do not like shopping but waitrose in lichfield is spacious and relaxed.

It was okay if you like spending money. I needed the toilet but there was a tiny bit of poop on the seat and I do generally like to sit when I wee, alas not this time though! Afterwards I let staff know and they immediately sorted it. I made it almost suspiciously clear that it wasn't me who pooped on the seat but I'm pretty sure the staff member believed me. If you're reading this I promise it wasn't me, honestly. Although*if* it was me (again, it wasn't!!) I was treated with respect and dignity from the staff member who didn't make a fuss at all and was very professional around the matter. Genuinely though, I did not do any poops in Waitrose or anywhere else for that matter!!! I may use my own toilet later but I'll save that for another review, possibly the toilets brand? Laxido? I'm unsure where yet but trust me when I say I get all the poop in the bowl, every time. 4/5 due to poor timing on my part. Actually 5/5 because of how keen the staff was to clean it!! No, inline with the Google reviewers code I must go 4/5 because I don't like poop.
