Tremendous friendly service can?t fault the descriptive answers for my questions and multiple offers and variations told and retold without hesitation so you have a fantastic clear understanding of everything before you leave if could leave an extra star for the girls I would have done but I left a box of quality street instead ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful in rescheduling my appointment. My eye test was performed by the optometrist Priya Dhesi who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She talked me through some headaches I'd been having and put my mind at ease. Overall a great experience, clean store , helpful staff, thorough service and good price. Thanks !

Worst company ever do not bother with these, I went 11th April for an eye test lady said that I needed glasses so I ordered some glasses. I had an original delivery date for the 18th to the 21st. I rang them on the 21st to see if my glasses had arrived. They told me they had not after I have had to continue to chase as they do not bother to reply back to me, I?m speaking to customer service at head office. I was informed that my glasses had been lost by the delivery company and blame them. However as a company they should be aware of what delivery service that they use and ensure that the company values is satisfactory as it is not my job to ensure that the glasses arrive at the store. I have contacted them yet again and they have told me they have re-ordered the glasses like they were doing me a favour I have paid for something I should receive the product I have paid for and I have not heard anything from the Litchfield branch or head office, they have told me several times they are going to return calls yet still wait for those calls. In all honesty I would avoid this company I would give this zero stars, if I could their customer service skills do not exist. I still am waiting for these glasses and I have give me a new new delivery for the 8th of May, which is pretty much a month give a couple of days. My advice is stay away from this company.

Really pleasant and helpful staff. Very honest and understanding of my position. I couldn't be happier! both the girls and the optician were amazing very Happy chatty and couldn't do enough for me. Amazing visit and can't wait to go back!!

I went to this opticians following an eye test and prescription from a different vision express. The lady was very helpful.Later I had to book a second eye test and the optician sneezed twice into her hand, no tissue, then made no attempt to wash or sanitise her hands before continuing with the test.That - for me - is unacceptable. Thanks for the glasses, and the cold.

Went for an eye test here today and not only was the Optometrist polite and courteous, the two young ladies prepping the customers who work there were both truly amazing. They were so good with us and especially our 2 year old granddaughter. She had a great time while she waited with my wife while I was in being seen. Thank you both very much indeed! Fantastic customer service. I?d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Visited Thursday as i had sat on my glasses, and for some reason they went out of shape!!!!!I had rung the opticians i had them from who were very short and couldn't help.They will never be supplying my glasses again .Both Lucy and Beth were so helpful i couldn't have asked for any better helpOnce again thank you both

Felt covid 19 safe, very clean and plenty of distance between each person. caring and kind.explained every test I had to do.very happy with the service provided by Lucy and the optician. Explained the cost of lenses and frames.I was told how long the new glasses would take to arrive back. Great service received. Very happy

The staff are so helpful and friendly here.The optometrist is absolutely wonderful and explains everything to you as you are being examined. She checked for cataracts and announced that I had one beginning to form. I was aghast until she explained that this is a natural occurence with age.And there's me still thinking im a spring chicken!Go there, you won't be disappointed.
