Called in on a Saturday morning for a sheet of insulated plasterboard. The guy serving at the counter was sat behind his computer, he looked up and asked what we required, but no real greeting. Their computer said that they had 11 sheets of our required thickness of 27mm. The yard man could not find them. He went back to check in office. We were willing to settle for 22mm. But they were 18mm. We asked for refund. Then we checked their depot at Walsall. They were in stock there. We asked if they would call them to check. Just gave us the number. We rung and they confirmed. No apology for inconvenience, nor helped us to resolve issue at Litchfield. Very poor customer service. Couldn't be more helpful and happy at Walsall.

We won?t be using the brach in Litchfield again left waiting to be loaded and pricing was different every time we went in. Considering we?re doing a massive project in Sutton it?s there loss not ours

Recently had an issue with an order that we didn?t notice immediately. Contacted the branch (not really expecting much) and received fantastic customer service. Ollie quickly resolved the problem which we should have really identified sooner but the job was delayed due to some personal family issues. I was very pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate using Travis Perkins again for any job we need in the future or recommending to others. Thank you

After receiving terrible customer service at the rushall branch I phoned Lichfield and spoke to a young man named Luke who was wonderful and sorted everything out for me and then went to willenhall to pay i cannot thank you enough you are a credit to travis Perkins and could teach those at rushall a thing or two about customer service x
