Couldn't recommend this store enough market street Lichfield , the gentleman that looked after me today (didn't catch his name) was hands down the best service I have ever received from timpsons, you deserve a raise good sir, I needed both of my children's christening bracelets engraved at short notice, all I gave him was the names and asked him to decide on everything else for me as I couldn't decide, you made the whole experience very easy and even had then both done in under 30 minutes, thankyou very much. *****

I thought they had stopped Highway Robbery ?, not with these guys I had my own key blank and they charged £15 to copy my key....5 seconds a side at the most.....wish I had gone elsewhere....AVOID

I truly cannot believe how rude this man was. Asked for a watch battery which he quoted at £12. The watch really wasn't worth that much, so declined. Only to hear this man mumble under his breath "thanks for wasting my time"........words fail me !!!. Just rude! (and expensive).
