We usually shop at this Tesco and hadn't had a serious issue till now where we carried out our shop as normal using a self scanner when checking out we had a basket check which is fine as it happens however it was completed in a manner which disregarded the products and was very messy Furthermore the employee named Tracy stated that we allegedly didn?t scan 2 items which was odd because the total was the same on the handheld machine and when we had to pay.In addition to this when she stated this the tone was unnecessarily narcissistic and rude and when confronted argued that the tone we had used was the same however it was in retaliation to how she spoke to us .She kept repeating the fact that they see many things getting stolen etc and ?you don?t see the things we see? which felt rude and unnecessary as it had nothing to do with us .Also during a now full basket check she expected us to then package everything back into bags ourselves yet again in an unpleasant tone .

Got to love a Tesco Extra. I like this one a lot. There are obviously good and bad times to visit - avoid on Saturday or if there is food festival on in town. There are no parking machines but you get 3 hours as a shopper. There is a Yo Sushi stand and that is freshly made unlike the meal deal bits. The toy aisles are now branded under the Entertainer name - same brand as in the Three Spires. Costa coffee shop upstairs at the back and a car cleaning crew in the underneath parking bit.

Went today as we was passing through there is a multistory car park so there is lots of parking. The store isnt as big as our usual store so didnt find there was as much choice as what we normally have at ours.
The sushi place staff are fantastic they did free samples for my children to try and they offered advice and was friendly and cheerful in general.

Very rude Customer Assistant at the check out tills. They lack customer service skills, busy gossiping about custimers. Had a very nasty experience this afternoon.

I had a fall from the escalator this afternoon and I cannot say enough about the help I received from the security man and the lovely lady from the service desk. They are to be commended for their kindness.

I am a young woman, I was embarrassed to have to get cream for a skin infection, I approached the pharmacy counter on Saturday 17th May later afternoon, around 4pm, I quietly asked the young female pharmacy assistant for the cream, she went back to speak to the black male Pharmacist, she then called to me ?what?s is cream for?? I was so embarrassed and replied, the Pharmacist laughed and said I wouldn?t go near her! I was shocked, embarrassed, humiliated and ashamed. I went to my car and just cried. I hope the store looks at this, reviews CCTV and these two are held to account for their actions! Disgusting behaviour

It?s an ok shop but we went to Costa upstairs we went in the lift the lift smelt like ? and I tried to ignore it but it was awful the staff are nice but I think the lift needs a deep clean and air fresh ing no offense

Not all the staffs but some of them are very RACIST !! if you are a person of a colour especially black person make sure when you doing you self scanning there?s a staff next to you or other ways they will call you back to re check everything again saying that they did not see you paying even if the alarm doesn?t sound they will still chase you and call you back in so embarrassing

Terrible customer service. As in a previous review, they all stand round, 5 of them today chatting. They'd run out of wine for the meal deal, and I was told they would be able to replace it, then they came back, and said they can't. Not sure why they employ so many staff, cos they're not doing anything.
I went and complained, and was told they would pass on the complaint.
You lot are losing customers at a fast rate, as there were about 6 or 7 other dissatisfied elderly customers there, who all started asking me what was happening.
Will not be shopping there again.

Having bought a pack of Xmas range bacon and cheese turnovers have taken out of oven and not as described.
No bacon but sausage????
Please explain how this has happened as not eating sausage these are now in the bin?
